Abstract

The present work refers to the analysis of the physical aspects of the municipality of Ferreira Gomes using transects that generated pedological, geomorphological, geological and vegetation profiles. The objective of this work was to analyze the physical characteristics of this municipality using the profile graphic. The research is qualitative and quantitative and also bibliographic based on secondary data and the survey of topographic profiles with different physical characteristics. With this, a transect, line or section through a strip of land, along which the occurrences of the phenomenon being studied are recorded and counted, was made across the entire area of ​​the municipality.
